Mini teater with its performance In the solitude of the cotton fields at the International festival “Zadar snova”

Following great responses from the audience as well as the professional public at the premiere in the cathedral of industry, factory hall Talum in Kidričevo on June 21^st 2012 and four replays the new post drama performance of Mini teater In the solitude of the cotton fields is setting off to the first guest appearance – 16^th International festival of modern theater “Zadar snova” in Croatia. Guest appearance of the performance developed in terms of the International projects Puppet Nomad Academy III and Nomads of Beauty is a part of the International project Puppet Nomad Academy III coordinated by Mini teater.

The performance about a deal, game of desire, of hidden, illegal and unspoken wish that was produced by Mini teater, Cit teater Ptuj, Novo Kazalište Zagreb and Maribor 2012 – European capitol of culture will live its Croatian premiere on August 6^th 2012. In October 2012 one of the peaks of the cult dramatic that fundamentally marked French and world theater of the last decades of the 20^th century will premiere also in Ljubljana.

16^th festival “Zadar snova” is dedicated to modern stage arts will in Zadar in seven days from 6^th to 12^th August 2012 host artists from Slovenia, Austria, France, Spain and Croatia. For the 6^th year in a row the program is accompanied by The show of world’s short film in St. Donat.

Besides the performance In the solitude of the cotton fields the program of the festival will be enriched by performances Medejin krik, co-production of Slovenian Inner World Theater and Zadra snova. Nonverbal myth of Medea in the virtuous version by Mojtina Jurcer that concludes the 5 year cycle is returning to the place of its origin Zadar on August 7^th 2012. Theatre Irrwisch in family street theater for big and small from Wien will introduce themselves with three performances - Wegenstreit's guests, The Mudjumping and Let it burn! (8^th and 9^th August), Malo je dovolj the newest production of the Muzićki salon and Teater ITD, musical and scene jurney of Aleksandar Stojković, front man of the band Goribor and in musical accordion by Adam and Nenad Sinkauz form the group East Rodeo will be staged on August 9^th 2012.

Festival will continue with the performance Let’s end with god’s court - part one, one of the last works of revolutionary and unrepeated Antonin Artaud that was a day before its showcase in 1948 cancelled from the radio. As a proposal of a new author project by the director and actress Senka Bulić, that thrilled last year with the direction of scene spectacle Splendid in Mini teater will in coproduction of Kazalište Hotel Bulić and Factory of Culture on stage at August 10^th 2012.

Parisian OrianTheatre Company, Escola Municipal de Dansa de Celrà & Théâtre Atenue from Spain and Zadar snova will in the international coproduction present with the performance etc, etc. (Are you mad, Mr Artaud?) inspired by the life of Antonin Artaud, whose artistic impulse even 80 years later is not fading. Before the festival premiere on August 11^th 2012 will in Theater of Puppets the choreographer and director of the performance Mehdi Farajpour organize an audition for Croatian performers and a workshop Meditative Dance, 12^th August 2012 will bring on display the multimedia project Kriegspiel – The play of war in production DB Indoš House of Extreme Music, Perforacije, Teatar ITD and Muzički Bienalle with Damir Bartol Indoš, Tanja Vrvila, Helga Hinteregger and Ivan Marušić-Klif.

At the 5-day show of world’s short film 30 films will be presented, there will also be a Film Festival Capm and Program EFA  organized with 14 nominees for best short European film and the selection of Croatian’s short films of this year’s 59^th Festival of feature film in Pulj.
