Anita B. is a story of young Anita, who survives Auschwitz and become an orphan during the war. Anita goes to live with her aunt Monika and her uncle Aron. She deals with survivor’s guilt, all the while her new town is filled with tension as the communists prepare to seize power. Anita begins a relationship with Aron’s brother Eli, but when she becomes pregnant, she finds out in realityhe is not the man that she thought he was. Anita B. is a story of war’s aftermath, human resilience and the battle to maintain hope.
