The 100th performance of Mojca and the Animals

Since its opening performance in October 2003 the puppet performance Mojca and the Animals has come already to its 100th performance. It took part in numerous tours and international festivals in Great Britain, Serbia, Montenegro, Austria, Hungary, and Slovenia. The text is based on a Slovene folk tale about a girl callled Mojca Pokrajculja (krajcar = Slovene for a dime).  It was adapted for the stage by Robert Waltl and Ivica Buljan. Beside the actress Veronika Drolc and the actor Miha Arh, the role of the animals is played by the drama actor Milan Štefe who in the occasion of the World Day of Theatre was awarded the Recognition of the Slovene Drama Artists Association for his acting achivements in 2004.
The 100th performance of Mojca and the Animals will be played in Mini teater in Ljubljana Castle at 5 pm, on April 3, 2005.
