Opening of the photography exhibition and concert as part of the TRAST project
On Saturday, May 31st, the theatre Mini teater will present Heiner Müller's MEDEA MATERIAL on the island Škrpjela near Kotor in Montenegro. The performance will be presented in the frame of the Festival Teuta. This well-known international Festival of the Antiquity Theatre is organized by the Cultural Centre Nikola Ðurković from Kotor. The Festival started on May 27 with the opening of the exhibition 'The Antiquity Inheritance of Montenegro' and the theatre performance 'Medea' directed by Slobodan Milatović. Up to June 5th, a number of performances from different theatres from Serbia, Montenegro, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia will take place on stages in Kotor, Perast and Risan. The idea of this festival was born in the surroundings of Teuta's town during the performance 'Teuta' which opened the festival of the alternative theatre last year. Teuta was a great Illiric queen who ruled this area in the times of the Ancient Rome.
