The midnight orchestra

Polnočni orkester / The midnight orchestra, Jerome Cohen-Olivar, Morocco, 2016, 102'

The first Moroccan film about a Jewish family, two generation of musicians and the role of anti-Semitism in Jewish-Muslim relations. The MIDNIGHT ORCHESTRA is an outstanding example for a film against anti-Semitism produced in a Muslim country.

The film will be introduced by Frank Stern.

The programme and operation of Mini teater is co-financed by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Slovenia and the Municipality of Ljubljana's Department of Culture.
