Biblični zapisi na rdečem papirusu, odprtje slikarske razstave Okija Rotovnika
Oskar – Oki Rotovnik (1947) is a Slovenian naive painter, who started painting in 1984. Initially, his works were marked by expressive figuralics, while later he started to intensively research basic artistic problems. Since the end of the 90s’, he uses predominately red and intensive colouring. In his painting he combines the heritage of the Old Testament with Jewish tradition, and presents the spiritual truths of human conscious and subconscious. So far, he exhibited at numerous exhibitions in Slovenia, while in the last few years he gains more and more recognition abroad as well.

Vienna Tango Quintet, koncert argentinsko-judovske glasbe

The Vienna Tango Quintet is an ensemble made of classically trained musicians (Ronen Nissan - musical director and guitar, Daniel E. Arias Holguín - violin, Angelica Martinez - bass, Andres Añazco - piano and Milos Avramovic - bandoneon) who share a passion for Argentinian tango. Together with Paula Barembuem from Buenos Aires, they present contemporary versions of classical tangos as well as waltzes and even Zambas in Yiddish. In 2015, the group has performed Jewish Tangos in Sweden with singer Isidoro Abramovicz and Turkish Tangos in Istanbul with local vocalist Ceren Gündoğdu.
