Fanny’s Journey is a tale of Fanny and her younger sisters Erika and Georgette. After their father’s arrest in 1943, their mother sends them to a French boarding school, a neutral zone at the time. But when Mussolini’s regime falls, their teacher Madame Forman, realizes that children won’t be safe much longer. Fanny has the responsibility to lead a group of children to liberty over the Swiss border. The movie is based on a true story.
