The Final Barrier follows Michael a filmaker from Austria, as he travels to Serbia to make a documentary about Syrian refugees. At a camp on the border of Serbia and Hungary he meets Nur and Zhora. They are two women from Kobane, Syria who were hostages of ISIS. They have both experienced horrors and hope to travel to West London to start a new life. Movie is about current migration, anxiety, fear and hope.
The movie will be followed by a discussion with director Jasmin Duraković.
