Rehearsals for two new shows are underway at the Mini teater at the start of the 2023/2024 season.
The puppet show Little Vampire Goes to School by Joann Sfar is directed by the young talented director Jernej Potočan and stars Nejc Jezernik, Matic Lukšič and Tina Resman. The interpretation was done by Izar Lunaček, who also designs the puppets and the visual appearance of the show. The dramaturgy is done by Brina Jenček, who also wrote the song lyrics, the set design is being provided by Dan Pikalo, the costume design by Nika Dolgan, the technical consultant is Mitja Ritmanič, the music is being prepared by Matic Lukšič and Jernej Potočan, and the light design by Domen Lušin. The premiere is scheduled for 26th September at 18:00 pm.
In our post-drama programme, we are preparing a new play, The Lehman Trilogy, by Stefano Massini. It is directed by Peter Petkovšek, who has also translated the play, and the cast includes the exceptional Igor Samobor, Branko Šturbej and Gal Oblak. The dramaturgy is being provided by Urban Zorko, the set design by Sara Slivnik, the costume design by Gordana Bobojević, the composer is Peter Žargi and the lighting design is being handled by Jaka Šimenc. The premiere is planned for October 2023.
