On 8th of February 2024, on Prešeren Day, the Slovenian cultural holiday, the Mini teater premiered the puppet performance The Wolf and the Goslings, for which Jan Grabowski and Nina Skrbinšek prepared the text based on the fairy tale by the Grimm brothers. Directed by Robert Waltl and starring Barbara Vidovič, Robert Korošec and Anže Zevnik, it is a revival of the 2001 performance. On the same day, the performance was previewed free of charge in the morning, where, in cooperation with the Friends of Youth Association, we brightened the cultural holiday for 60 children and parents. The performance was a great success with the audience.
The author of the artistic design is Danijel Demšar, the puppets were made by Jože Zajec, who also took care of the technology of the puppets, Ron Preinfalk and colleagues, the author of the music is Peter Kus, and the musical performers on the recordings are: Andrej Žibert (drums, electric and acoustic guitar, bass guitar), Jernej Pečak (bass), Drago Kunej (diatonic accordion), Peter Kus (clarinet, piano, organ, electronics, voice) and Nina Skrbinšek, Milan Štefe, Tomaž Pipan, Peter Kus and Robert Waltl (vocals). Nina Skrbinšek was the animation consultant, while Vedran Marčeta and Matej Primec were in charge of tone and light.
