Award to Nataša Matjašec in Lomza, Poland
On June 3, MINI TEATER took part in the 18th International Theatre Festival VALISE in Lomza in Poland. The festival started on May 31 and closed on June 3. There were 20 perfomances presented within both, the competition and the accompanying programme. Mini teater presented its performance The Story of the Tsar Saltan written by A.S.Pushkin within the competition programme. Besides the Polish theatre Teatr Lalki i Aktora, there were theatres from Estonia, Czech Republic, Lituania, Bosnia&Herzegovina, and Belarus. In this great international competition of actors and puppeteers, our actress Nataša Matjašec won the Award for Best Acting in the performance The Story of the Tsar Saltan, directed by Alexander Anurov and produced by Mini teater.
